Shipping policy

Where we ship

Cab Crate ships to all 50 US states and US territories. We deliver to street addresses, PO boxes, and rural route addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

When we ship

Boxes ship during spring and fall weekly. 

How long it takes

Most packages arrive within 5–7 business days of the ship date via USPS or UPS Ground. Rural routes and Alaska/Hawaii may take longer. You will receive a tracking number by email the day your crate leaves the warehouse.

Shipping cost

Shipping is included in the price of every crate. No additional charges at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is marked delivered but didn't arrive, please (1) check the porch, mailbox, and garage; (2) ask neighbors; (3) wait 24 hours (carriers occasionally scan early). If the package is still missing, email hello@cabcrate.com with your order number and we will send a replacement.

For packages running more than 7 business days past the expected delivery date, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Damaged packages

If your crate arrives damaged or with damaged items inside, email hello@cabcrate.com within 14 days with a photo. See our Refund Policy for how we handle replacements and refunds.

Address changes

You can update your shipping address from your account dashboard at any time before the next ship date. If you need to change an address after a box has shipped, email hello@cabcrate.com and we'll help reroute if possible (carrier-dependent).

Gift shipments

Gifts ship to the recipient's address. The buyer receives order confirmations and tracking by email. A personalized note is included in the box.
