Who is Cab Crate?
Cab Crate is a digital business which is part of a fifth generation Family Farm. Our farm produces corn, soybeans, wheat, barley, milo and turkeys on Maryland's Eastern Shore. The family consists of Ag graduates from Virginia Tech, Texas A&M, Colorado State, South Dakota State, Blackhawk College, University of Maryland and a black sheep communications major from VCU.
When do you ship?
We ship every 2–3 weeks during the season. For #HARVEST26, crates go out across the harvest run — Box 1 of a Three Box Series ships within days of your order, and Boxes 2 and 3 follow about every 3 weeks.
How does the Three Box Series ship?
You pay once, and we ship three times. Box 1 goes out within days of your order; Boxes 2 and 3 follow roughly every 3 weeks across 8 weeks. Each box is different, and you never pay shipping on Boxes 2 and 3.
Will I be charged again?
No. The Three Box Series is a one-time purchase — one payment covers all three deliveries. No subscription, no auto-renew, nothing to cancel.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat $9.95 per order in the continental US. Buy 3+ crates — free shipping, applied automatically at checkout. Why 3? When your order fills a bigger box, we pack your crates together, ship them as one, and pass the savings straight to you. Ordering for a whole dealership or co-op (21+ crates)? Request a quote and we'll build consolidated volume pricing for your crew.
What's in a Cab Crate?
Each crate includes a curated mix of sweet, salty, and savory snacks perfect for long days in the tractor. Think premium jerky, roasted nuts, quality crackers, and small-batch treats from American makers.
Can I customize my crate?
Right now we curate the same great mix for everyone to keep things simple and efficient. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you ship to my area?
We ship anywhere in the continental US. Rural routes and farm addresses are our specialty — we know the UPS guy sometimes has to hunt for the mailbox.
How do corporate orders work?
Ordering for your customers? Head to our Corporate Orders page and fill out the form. We will get you a custom quote and ship everything to your customers.
What if I have allergies?
Do not order. We enjoy peanuts and gluten. We cannot guarantee allergen-free facilities for every item.
Can I suggest a snack?
Absolutely! We love recommendations from farmers who know good cab snacks. Head to our Suggest a Snack page and tell us what you have found.
Will I get the same items in every crate?
No. Each crate comes with unique products
Are there allergy or diet options?
Not yet. Most crates contain meat, nuts, and perhaps gluten-containing items.
Is the food shelf-stable in a hot cab?
Yes. Every product is selected with cab temperature in mind.
