Cancellation policy

Cab Crate is a one-time seasonal purchase, not a recurring subscription.

When you order a Cab Crate (Solo Operator, Whole Farm Bundle, or Sales Rep Pack), you pay once and we ship three crates over the course of the season — two in May and one in June. There is no auto-renewal, no monthly billing, and nothing to cancel.

Changing or canceling an order before it ships

If you need to cancel or change an order before the first crate has shipped, email hello@cabcrate.com with your order number. We'll refund or adjust the order in full.

After the first crate has shipped

Once the first crate of the season has shipped, the order is in motion. If something goes wrong with a specific crate (damaged, missing, delayed), see our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Future seasons

Each season is a fresh order. We'll let you know when the next season's pre-pay opens — you decide each season whether to come back.
